About This
- El Niño Fern adds lacy green texture and soft motion to planted tanks, making it ideal for natural midground to background placement with shaded or forested layouts.
- This slow-growing rhizome thrives when attached to driftwood or stone and is favored by aquascapers for its ease of care, structure, and compatibility with shrimp tanks.
- Ships potted for convenience—remove and mount to wood or rock using thread or glue. Do not bury the rhizome, as this will cause rot and damage the plant over time.
- Care Requirements – Thrives in Low to Medium Light; 6–8 hrs/day – CO₂ optional but helps optimize growth. Propagation is simple via rhizome division or trimming.
